One Size cloth diaper just like a pocket. It has two layers, an outer layer and an inner layer. The absorbent material is called insert, that is put into the pocket. It can be removed anytime for cleaning.

Normally, 6-8pcs is suitable for a baby one day, but you need to prepare at least 10pcs or more, because you have to wash and wait the cloth diaper to dry. It's better to wash immediately or use washing machine.
